Schlotzsky's - E St, Florence-Graham

Schlotzkys has always been a treat for me, today was no different. Also just found out they have Cinnabon.

While the food was okay, it could have been better packed, sandwiches were short of squished. The prices were kinda high for what we got, definitely different prices between ordering through grub hub or going to the yin person. Won't be ordering through grub hub again.

I made a $63 DoorDash order with this location. When it arrived I was missing my Cinnabon dessert. I politely called and got manager Casey. She immediately deferred to DoorDash saying they 'd have to refund even though I wasn 't asking for a refund. She was super defensive and even told me, when we 're busy, mistakes happen! It 's unbelievable she 's a manager. That 's not a response a customer should ever hear

Normally the food is pretty good and I don't have an issue. Tonight we had our food delivered. The food was just kind of throw in a to go bag and there was a big gnat in the bag. Honestly really gross and made me lose my appetite. Very disappointed with the service

Ordered a cheese pizza with Tomatoes. Got a pepperoni pizza…with NO tomatoes. Sigh. I hate pepperoni.
