Bardzo przyzwoity bar z domowymi obiadami w zaskakująco przystępnych cenach. Obsługa sprawna i szybka. Mimo raczej niewielkiej przestrzeni, nie czuć ścisku, czy dyskomfortu. Szczerze polecam jedzenie w BarVioli. Już dawno nie jadłam tak dobrego puree ziemniaczanego i surówek. Polecam Równie dobry kotlet Szwajcar. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Unfortunately, we left unsatisfied. Food good, however... We got our soups quite quickly, we didn't manage to eat even half of them and the second courses were already arriving... First, there was no room for them on the table, secondly, the portion of the soup was huge, so we didn't have time to rest and the dishes were already cold. When we pointed out to the waitress that we were not ready for the second one yet, because we were eating soups and the second one would be cold soon, she asked if we should take everything to the kitchen... Why would it cool down there and be heated in the microwave...? She replied that she had no influence on the dispensing of food... Does the waitress even see the cook? Communication and treatment of the customer unacceptable. We were terribly sorry. When the food was gone from the plates, we sat in silence at the collapsed table, with nowhere to put our glasses. The waitress didn't take the plates away until we left. The music on the radio was unbearable, loud and made it impossible to talk. It really doesn't take much to keep a customer from coming back.
