Casey's - Dysart

What kind of Casey’s doesn’t have breakfast at 10am! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly, even one star is being generous. We ordered $60 worth of food (two large specialties, a large order of wings, and a small one-topping pizza) and all but the small pizza were butchered. Supreme had no pepperoni. Taco had no lettuce or taco sauce. Wings were burnt to a crisp. Called to rectify the situation four times and the phone just rang and rang. As someone who has worked for multiple Casey’s in the past, this is NOT how a store should be run. These employees should be ashamed of themselves.

Casey's is good except in the morning, people stand in the way of customers trying to make purchases before heading to work. You can barely get to anything because they allow people to clog the store who aren't buying anything, just standing around. I would hate to be in there during a fire or emergency! Parking: Very few parking spots especially in the morning Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly here at all. Aisles are too tight for a wheelchair and the door would be impossible to get in.

This Caseys has gone down hill and continues to get worse. Almost the entire town refuses to eat here any longer due to the food you get. We ordered pizza after returning we order two pizzas with one topping there was so much cheese placed on these pizzas that the dough wasn't even cooked. The cheese still had its original shape just lightly melted. We gave them one more chance after this because our local pizza place was closed and ordered a taco pizza. We had five yes five clumps of lettuce on the pizza, chip dust, but it was like the made up for all that with tons of meat. If it wasn't for the cheese potato bites every once and a while or the sale on energy drinks I would t return either. Caseys is aware of these issues and have done nothing to try to fix it or make things better. Honestly if you ever have issues it's easier to get your money back by contacting the Facebook page and they will take care of your problems. Caseys also needs to stop putting make up on a pig and actually take care of this store. They have a single bathroom that's not pleasant they have only redone the signs and added tv menus to the place. It's time to start putting something into this store and try to get it back to a normal store.

I just want to give a shout-out to the people in the kitchen! Even when they are slammed with orders, they make each customer feel individual and heard. Plus the pizza is always good!
