We stud for 20 minutes to get into the restaurant. To be seated in a an almost empty restaurant. Asked for a seat for our disabled guest and walked away not to be seen again. The food we had served wasn 't up to the standards we have came to expect after visiting this astablshment for 20 years. When we complained we were ment with the most disgusting attitude from the staff and management. When asked for poor food to be taken off the bill given more awful service by the bar member serving us. We were met with an agressive response from all members of staff we communicated our issues to. We were told don 't come back as we don 't feel we can serve your requirements anymore We 'll gladly not be coming back.

Really loved the food here. A proper portion of food, none of this small portions for presentation. Really nice, decent prices, so full. Loved it

Food is always on point here, staff are attentive and give plenty of time between ordering drinks and asking for food order, you never feel rushed. Service: 4 Location: 4

We go to the Old Mill quite a bit for a drink. In the summer it is a great place to sit out and enjoy the nice weather. We have been for food with family and also just us two. The food is excellent. There may be a wait at busy times, but that happens anywhere. The food is well worth the wait. The staff are what makes it for me, though. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Good for disabled access as well. Service: 5

Went on a busy night. Food was gorgeous, every mouth full. Servers were friendly and polite but the wait after the meal was so slow we didn't bother with dessert. Will be going back to try again, give it another go on a quieter evening. I do love a pudding. Service: 4 Location: 5
