Appalling service! Careless, negligent staff, we ordered a salad and burger which we got an 1.5 hr later after following up twice. Food finally arrived dry and obviously rushed. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

By FAR the WORST experience, we did not even get to eat the food. We requested the air con be switched on- as it was extremely hot, waitron said it’d take about 20min for someone at maintenance to arrive -never happened. We arrived before 2 tables that received their food (they ordered grills we ordered one salad a burger) We requested bread while we waited- the waitron said that there is no bread, yet a table that arrived after us received it- after we asked for bread. Our food took over an hour to arrive- this is after we complained, the waitron complained about the restaurant being busy when there were only 6/7 tables 3 waitrons and a number of chefs. The salad was not prepped properly and did not look appetising The burger looked dry. It didn’t look like it had just been done. We were treated with the utmost disrespect not prioritised as guest at all. One would assume that waiting for an hour for food, the food would at least look appetising. Pinky -the waitron served TWO tables that had more people than us. Nicholata’s apology was not at sincere. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very tasty food and comfortable environment. A little more expensive than your general restaurants but overall a very pleasant meal.
