Kung Thai never lets you impress. Restaurant in Durban North is currently closed and they make takeaways, but maintain high standards as expected. Fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, huge portions that you want more. Can't wait until the new restaurant opens. Locations also at the top of the coast and the food box in Morningside.

Amazing authentic experience! eating is as good as in Thailand. the manager are so helpful and accommodating and I think we have food that is not even exactly as in the menu. it was amazing and the “small” dessert cannot be described. u must go try to take for themselves someone to share.

The crab and garnel dough was exceptional. the taste of my prawn wok was really amazing. a must if they love in durban north and they Thai aromen.

Fresh and tasteful food with a beautiful mix of textures. Flavours are well developed. When it says garlic expect to notice it. If Chili says, be ready. Most meals have the opportunity to choose the protein, the starch and the sauce so creatively. My personal favorite was the Kung Thai Sauce. Let's face him named after the place, it must be good. Mildly Chili but I also enjoyed the Bun Mee sauce before the extreme chili is. The staff is friendly and attentive. The lady who served us was very good for us, a friend came late, in the middle of our meals, the waitress took her order immediately and also rushed it in the kitchen without us asking, within 10 minutes we all our meals together. There is a fair amount of vegetarian dishes on the menu. I cost some of my friends food and found both days orders to be quite pleasant. The food prices are somewhat steep, expect about R250 per adult including some drinks. Both times I ate here, I didn't care to pay because I was so happy with the food. Portion sizes are also good. I wish I had taken pictures of my food before we start eating. Below is a photo of dessert that we shared.

Incredible and delicious food. Great service from George. Definitely worth a visit. On Monday and Tuesday , value for money meals .
