Papa John's Pizza - Durant

We ordered slices of Alfredo chicken. It was amazing. I believe the managers name Tammie and the cashier we're very friendly and helpful when it came to getting the best deal for our money.

The female “leader” needs training on customer service as well as leading a team. I can bet the turnover is high. I witnessed her act like a child and talked down at the staff when the pizza came out the wrong way and then run in the back.They ask for you to tip but when you ask for garlic dipping sauce it’s .96… when asking her comment was did you ask for it? That’s what I’m doing… oh and you only get dipping with extra large pizza not large. Okay, can I please have it? Why does she get so mad?

Pizzas great, serive time is awful. They need four employees not three. The line is way too long and the wait is as well.

Stopped by for a slice of pizza for lunch. Ordered a piece with meat but received just cheese slice. Not really good at that. Not warm. When I ordered was asked to tip while paying which is done PRIOR to receiving food of course. Not worth it. Definitely had better pizza
