We tried to order using the app for an order costing a total of 26.86 and got an error saying that it didn't go through, later on we found out that Jack in the box still took that money out of the bank even though we didn't get the food.
Workers cant pay attention to a simple order. Odered a bacon ultimate with sauce on both buns, hash browns, and a couple other things. No bacon on the burger, sauce on only one bun, and they didnt put the hash browns in the bag, which they did fix. I even asked at the window if they put sauce on both buns. The guy at the window said i think so and didnt even double check. Ive worked fast food for over 10 years. Its not that hard to pay attention to an order. Ive come in several times before and its usually good service, but this time was disappointing.
I don't go to jack in the box too often but it sounded good today. The food was great, service was fast, and workers were friendly. Its always nice to have a good people person working the window.
Took about literally 30 minutes to get our food in the drive through. Even when there was no one in front of us. We go to pay and the lady ask us for our PIN number on our card.
One of the few 24 hours fast food place around here.
