McDonald's - Dunnville

I have lived in this town for over a decade, and I rarely visit McDonald's. However, every time I do, it turns out to be a terrible experience. The service is incredibly slow, the ice machine is always broken, the food is sloppily put together, and the portions are disappointingly small. My wife and I went there last night, and both of our drinks were only half full.

Their service is slow. Their ice cream machine is always broken. It is expensive for what you get. The seating is not comfortable .

Ordered at the drive thru. She had a problem understanding me and then I heard her complaining to her colleague. You would think she will actually make sure her Mic is off but oh well. Went and waited at the window where you pay and told her off. She said it wasn't her but somebody else

Well, its Mcdonald's. Food is good for what it is. The service is not bad, usually you have moody staff at night or during rush hour, but I mean...its McDonald's. Its going to be busy.The sitting area is relatively well kept and clean. It is not bad to sit in as most people just go through the drive thru. The staff doesn't seem over bearing nor do them seem very enthusiastic when customers come in.The parking lot and location are not bad for a quick meal but certainly not a sunset in the yard romantic kind of evening nor is the food worth the walking distance from town.

We went in for dessert only. There was no one at the counter and it seemed it took some time to get someone to take our order. We could not find a clean table although there were at least 6 people woking.
