Pizza Hut - Dunmore

Ordered pizza to Marywood and the order was prepared super fast like within 10 mins for 2 pizzas and breadsticks. Then the delivery took like another 10 mins. Much faster then ordering Doordash and will definitely be doing more orders from them.

I understand it is difficult to operate with very few workers but my order was changed from delivery to carryout due to lack of delivery driver with no notification of such a chage anytime beforehand, when the store was contacted no manager could find the order, then corporate was called and they hung up without tending to me. It was a run around and then upon entering the store the associate could not locate my pizza, that which was in the oven no less. It took over and hour to get the pizza and I was highly disappointed in the customer service and the communication between all parties involved.

Great pizza. do not have one near home, so I have not the opportunity to bring some home. fast, easy to order online and ready for pick up in under 15 minutes.

At the second visit and absolutely perfect I miss the old pizza hut where you can dive. my pizzas ordered easily and they came perfect to be wise and baked to perfection. nothing like the classic taste of my childhood with the pfanne pizza from a pizza hut

THIS MESSAGE IS A VOICEMAIL TO TEXT, FROM PIZZA HUT IN DUNMORE, CHECK THE NUMBER! I HAVE THE ORIGINAL VOICEMAIL TOO! Police were called and informed as well. I paid online and did a no-contact delivery. They banged on my door demanding money I didn’t owe because everything was done online, however he stood out there banging on my door. At first I thought it was to let me know it was there, until he banged on the door again. My dog was barking and waking up people so I handed him whatever the girl at the store told him I owed, then when I looked over everything and seen stuff missing I called. Normally i wouldn't, but they made a huge deal for the money and didn’t give the product so I was obviously mad. The girl denied me a manger and hung up. I called 3 times asking and she said no and hung up. I decided I’d just call the next morning and talk to the manager on then. The girl working at Pizza Hut called me 40 minutes later when I’m sleeping because it was late, and left me this voicemail. I showed it to Ray the store manager and he said he couldn’t do anything and couldn’t even give me a number to call for cooperate. He said he would set something up. But I haven’t heard back and he’s avoiding me so I’m sharing this situation!! (It’s been a month. Ray had 1 month to set this up
