Demetri's On The Lake - Dunkirk

A double order of wings deserves more than just a small, single container of blue cheese dressing.

For $15, you get a box filled with approximately 8-10 ounces of pasta covered in a flavorless alfredo sauce with no salt or pepper, just a sprinkle of parsley. There are only 5 strips of unseasoned, tough steak jerky included in the meal. The best part of the meal was the side salad and toast. It's surprising that this is the most popular item on the menu. It's good to see that the quality of Demetri's hasn't improved in the past 5 years.

We ordered takeout from this restaurant. I had fettuccine Alfredo while my fiancé ordered a cheeseburger and a couple of drinks. We also got the soup of the day, home fries, and some potato skins. Unfortunately, the home fries were not cooked properly; they were just undercooked potato cubes. The French fries were also severely undercooked. The Alfredo seemed to be from a jar and was unpleasant. The bread that was supposed to come with the Alfredo was just a piece of toast that tasted bad. The potato skins were burnt and had a strange taste. The soup was extremely salty and seemed to have some kind of fish in it, I was not given any information about what it was. The cheeseburger was terrible, the bread was hard, and the food was basically inedible. I spent $50 on this meal, but it was not worth even $5 in my opinion. If I could, I would give this place zero stars. Just overall a very disappointing experience.

We got breakfast twice this week from demetris and it was bomb.com both times.

I LOVE Demitris. The spanakopita and the dolmades are so savory and delicious and THE BAKLAVA, do not even get me started, IT IS DIVINE. Ill even order pasta or the appetizer combo for my little ones and the portions are always so generous.
