Sunny's - Dundee City

We ordered delivery and received a calzone as part of our order. We made sure to mention in all caps that one person in our group had a severe onion allergy. Unfortunately, after just one bite, they had a reaction. When we called the restaurant to request a refund or a replacement, the staff was very stubborn and rude, eventually hanging up on us. We are disappointed as we have been loyal customers for years, but we will not be returning. We advise those with allergies to be extremely cautious.

Great dining experience with friends at Sunnys. The restaurant was bustling on a Sunday evening at 5 pm, but we were greeted warmly and drinks were promptly served. The sharing platter for 4 was generous in size, featuring North Indian Garlic Chilli, Tandoori mixed grill, and Tikka garlic mains, as well as garlic and cheese naans. Our friends, who were first-time visitors, were impressed by the excellent service and delicious food. Kudos to Sunny and the team for a job well done.

Came here for a quiet meal after a long and hard shift at work. Just wanted to have a meal and chat with my family. Party came in loud, banging. Heard them saying they didn't give a f*ck about the people earring. A few people left. And so did we. Not enjoyable in the slightest.

Visited with friends this was my first visit and certainly won't be my last. We were greeted by Stewart who made us feel very welcome. Everything we had was absolutely fresh and delicious. The curries were so tasty and the garlic naan was lovely. The service that Stewart gave from start to finish was excellent very helpful and friendly

Marvellous Wednesday night buffet. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. My husband is vegetarian and there is no main course curry in the buffet but the staff went out of their way and the chef cooked him a curry to order. Stewart…what can I say an amazing waiter who made our experience even better and the rest of the team are top notch
