Veraisons at Glenora Wine Cellars

Very good restaurant. Our waitress was great !! A must stop if in the area. Steak was amazing, pumpkin cheese cake was good. Wine !!! Omg. Love it !!

I dined at this restaurant last week while visiting the Watkins Glen area. My companions and I are returning customers because we had a fantastic dinner there last year. I highly recommend trying the chardonnay - it was smooth, crisp, and delicious. We began our meal with the lobster grilled cheese served over a tomato bisque, which was different and delicious. The crab cake and seabass dinner exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional as well. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of our server, but I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would return if I am in the area again.

We visited this restaurant on September 23rd and reservations were necessary. We were seated promptly and our waitress Darby was engaging and helpful. Darby was knowledgeable about vegetarian and vegan preferences. My wife enjoyed the filling flatbread appetizer and vegan ravioli as her main course, with a side of cold sweet potato salad. I had the cobb salad appetizer, which had a hint of mint and was very fresh and tasty, with roasted peppers adding a nice touch. The impossible meatloaf was amazing, with perfect texture and char, served with a mild tomato-themed BBQ sauce. I will definitely be back for that meatloaf. They offered Glenora wines and dessert was a delicious chocolate decadence cake, brownie-like with ganache and almond whipped cream. The meal, including drinks and dessert, cost over $50 per person. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience.

If you are looking for a good place to eat with excellent service, good food, and a great view of Seneca Lake, this is well worth a stop. I'm not usually one to get dessert, but they have amazing desserts. I opted for the cheese cake. Love the view ofthe lake. I plan to go back.

This restaurant offers excellent food, outstanding service, and a great selection of wines and ciders. We were quickly seated and served appetizers shortly after arriving. The food was prepared quickly and cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant has a beautiful view and a lovely atmosphere. Our dinner was fantastic, especially the tiramisu. We will definitely be returning in the future!
