I went to the restaurant this morning at 8:30 a.m. to get some breakfast, but was disappointed to find it empty. I stood at the counter for some time while the only two employees seemed to be engrossed in their private conversation, ignoring my presence. It was frustrating when one of them looked at me twice but still continued to ignore me. I left without making a purchase and do not plan on returning. It's a shame to see teenagers working without proper customer service training.
As I noticed with other big franchises, they are all quite the same. they know exactly how the decor and the menu will be and how they will. but not all franchisees work alike and at many places it is one. was a departure on coffee, breakfast or if I have hung out for a night-time-sburg after the Malen-a-bedroom. the employees are helpful enough, but it seems all just a bit neglected in style and service for this brand.
I frequented this restaurant often because they have a great playground for children. However, it seems that the management needs to pay more attention to maintenance and cleanliness, as their staff only seems to take orders. Don't just rely on past successes.
Eating is usually hj’s farewell, but the restaurant is very dirty. spills on the floor, serviettes, eat and müll under tables and chairs. the flying were terrible. all the tables were dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week! big! the last time we dive.
