Tim Hortons - Duncan

The staff at this location are my favorite. They remember me by name and are always friendly and fun!!! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I’m not sure if the employees that have no work ethic or pride in what they do- the manager that pushes the employees to give burnt, incomplete orders or the owners who care more about profits and charging customers high prices with no respect if they get proper food or complete orders. When did screwing over people become this main stream. I hadn’t been to a Duncan Tim Hortons in a very long time and today thought I would- solidified I won’t spend my money there again. Two turkey melts with no mayo and both had completely black burnt bread. Bagel was burnt with uncooked bacon. Really- no one cares do they.

Full of homeless and staff is always stone or just slow by nature. Service: Take out Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worst tim Hortons I have ever been to. The slowest and the least options available. Go somewhere else

Didn't have food just coffee.... but the Gentleman serving me was polite and quick Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
