I just ordered doordash and got chicken strips for the price of bone in chicken thighs and drumsticks. 70$ worth of chicken with bone in it and instead got 6 chicken strips and my 5 piece chicken strips were 3 pieces of bone in chicken.
My parents went last night,literally mom’s birthday and she gets yelled at and her food was disgusting and thrown in the box. It happens every time my family goes. We go months in between our visit and it’s chaos every time. Staff are mean and don’t do their job. Told us once ‘we’re out of chicken’ what? A chicken place out of chicken yet open? For what? Staff checks that they don’t deserve?
Waited 15 minutes for extra crispy. Original not available. The cooking oil tasted used.
Just, wish they'd get back their Buffet, easier to try different stuff!
