The cheese-to-dough ratio on this pizza is way off, drowning the pie in excessive grease and leaving an anemic bottom layer of dough. Despite specifically requesting a well-done pizza, what arrived was a sloppily assembled disaster, with cheese desperately trying to escape. This is New Jersey, we're better than this... Uncle Frank’s has been my favorite pizza since I was a child. They also have one of the best chicken parm dinners with penne. Their pasta fagioli soup is the best around. Whenever we’re back in town, we pick this up. The one dinner and soups is enough for my husband and I to split. We also love the chicken cutlet pie. Prices are reasonable!
