I frequent this location, and will avoid others to make it to this one. Customer service is always friendly, but let me tell you about Josh. He truly goes a step above the rest. His sweet demeanor and kindness can turn anyone's bad day into an amazing one

Management should definitely monitor what's being played on the radio. Multiple profanity-laced songs with children inside.

If it's a pretty standard Starbucks. Service is usually pretty good, but they get overwhelmed on weekends and most mornings.The drive through was not thought out well and the entry is shared with Panera so be careful during the rush times.Consider parking at Target and walking in...

Rude! I bought basic coffee I buy for years, eveywhere. Had to stay there longer while they serve everyone else that came after me who even bought baked stuff l. Went to ask the lady who took my order, no empathy can't look my face. I left to the other starbucks by Wegmans to buy the same coffee. Rude.....I rather go when the happy crews are there because they are efficient...........
