Safari African - Dumfries

The food is amazing here but the waiting time is ridiculous. I order on the phone 30 minutes ahead of time and still waited almost an hour for just 3 orders of fried rice.

This was my 2nd time going here.. First experience couldnt of been bad because I came back but the 2nd time around absolutely not. Customer service is terrible. I waited almost 40 minutes for my food and people after me was getting served quicker but I noticed Americans were waiting longer. There was no apology for the long wait or no sense of urgency from the staff. Little portion sizes and overcharged and was told how much she pays for meat and thats why I only got two beef cubes on my plate and a quarter of a fish. I wont be back! Take your money elsewhere

OMG I love this place I will definitely reorder food again

Hands down one of the BEST African restaurants around. Authentic taste from start to finish 10/10 recommend!

Food was surprisingly good. Customer service however, ehhhhhhhh..... wait time, double ehhhhhhhh!!!!!
