Every time I come here, everything is perfect and the attention goes without saying! ?

Food was good. Quiet! Great for neuro divergent that are affected by loud noise. No flashy lights!

By far, the worst IHOP I’ve ever been at food was cold. Drinks were rotten. Waited forever to be served sat without drinks for over half an hour do not ever come here. Worst experience I have ever had.

Nicole attended to me. He treated me like a king. I ate the eggs benedict. Delicious.

WOW total disappointment with IHOP the waitress got order wrong and forgot part of it I asked her to take it off the bill because we never got an item . She asked if we still wanted I said if it's not made then NO we are ready to leave 20 minutes later she comes back with food packaged to go!!!!! Was annoyed she had it made at that point hour and a half for 2 breakfasts a d 3 other table in entire restaurant NOT a good time
