Mcdonald's - Dumas

I have the app so I sit with my kids in the playground area and have the table side delivery. The employee just popped her head over and shout a different number and didn't even bother to go to the table. I ordered a second time and the manager the same this. Even though on my ticket it said my table number. This was around 2:08pm on a Tuesday they weren't even busy.

The worst. Spicy chicken sandwich had zero flavor. Sure, I got it plain, but it wasn't spicy. No taste. Asked and confirmed crispy fries. They were hot but not well done, as on the ticket. Only reason I didn't take it back was because lots of people at the counter. Awful. I feel like I ate...paper. ugh.

My son n I usually go after wrk, which is n the middle of late nyte/early morning...n the lady thts at the window issss sooooo niiiice,,,,she makes sure she gets our sweet teas n our order ryte...she a Baddy........n the other light skinned lady(mexicant)she nice tuu....but ERY1 else is RUDE as hell....thts wat the 1 is for

Worst service ever . It's really nice to know that someone's bad day will result in rude service . The Manger opened the door and had the worst attitude ever . Honestly if this is your idea of service with a smile McDonald's I won't be ever coming back to this location . Here's hoping your company realizes that customer service is part of the experience not just throwing out food out a window . The calling people stupid as she opened the window was the cherry on the cake. Shesh . Grow up lady your working with the public

Not sure why they feel the need to over charge but that is ridiculous! $2.58 for 2 pieces of cheese. Highway robbery!
