I live in the neighborhood and highlighly recommend N Joy’s Snack Station. I have tried almost all dishes (chicken tenders, pork tonkatsu, chicken teriyaki, siomai, Indonesian Mi Goreng, even Korean Street toast and their custom made drinks everything is tasty and reasonably priced. They have individual meal portion sizes and share sizes. Almost forgot the burgers are also lami! Parking: lots of street parking, takeout only, but they have a table out front if need to sit down to eat.
