Jo's Chicken InatÔ - Dumaguete

Bad customer service, we weren't able to dine in. The moment we enter, there's 2 lady staff that are sitting and didn't bother to accomodate us, we went upstairs to check if there's available table, there's an unclean table, but no staff bothered to approach us. We wait for quite some time but we are completely ignored. We do not expect for a five star service but at least just the basic treatment. I don't know if there is supervisor or manager around, surely they need to have just the basic customer service. I'll definitely will not come back or recommend this place.

My favorite place to eat inasal, but you cant order everything, they want to remove some of there menu, ive been there 7 times they still have unavailabe food, poor management... Poor unhappy staff, you can feel they hate their job.

Bad understand english, ordered Chicken and garlic rise, but just got the rise

We ate a lot for 2 people haha but the place is very homey. Noticed a lot of families coming in as well as delivery guys getting the orders. Worth the price for sure! We got kinilaw, chicken inasal, grilled squid, and assorted snacks

Love the chicken inasal with rice, papaya slaw, abs of course a Mango shake
