If I could give this place a 0 I would, they have the worst customer service. The owner which is a indian lady is very rude and unprofessional. I go here daily and every day the mess up my order when asked why her explanation is i dont know maybe the forgot to ring it up. The food has started to be burnt on a daily. Please do not waste your money here.

Poor customer service, and when I arrived home, I realized the order was wrong. Instead of the everything mini stuffed bagels I ordered, they gave me plain. My drink should have been the hot signature carmel craze with 6 pumps of carmel. I couldn't taste the carmel and informed staff who told me that there was carmel in it and asked me what do you want. I thought that was very rude and not customer friendly at all.

Overall this is a great location, service was fast and helpful, the dining area was clean, and my order was just how I wanted it.

A regular hot coffee tasted like hot water. Wasted my money.

Great service. They made sure my coffee did not have any sugar or cream!
