Schmoopys - Dulac

Of the two restaurants in Dulac...Louisiana, this is without a doubt the better of the two. They use a 30-year-old recipe for gumbo. I set all we cannot wait for the weekend till we got down there and I could order a bowl. The owners are absolutely great, friendly, and it is just a fun overall place to go. Good value for the money.

Ate their twice during a visit to the area. Incredible food and absolutely the nicest people. Go there and get a meal if you're anywhere nearby. Wonderful.

Our memories of the meal and the hospitality we experienced will last a long time. The food was excellent, and after our meal, we were treated to local favorites that were indescribably delicious. On any future visits, we will definitely dine at Smoopy's again!
