A paragon of bagelness! Essence of bagel! Properly chewy crust and dense insides toast up very nicely. Dough isn't artificially sweetened, light and fluffy like the fake bagels sold in the local supermarkets. Compares very well to famous NYC and Philadelphia bagels. Naturally, we're regular customers.

This place has tasty food. I like the smoked salmon with capers!

I went recently and i was disheartened to se the cashier not wearing a mask. I asked why he wasn't wearing a mask because there's a sign on the door as you enter telling to wear a mask. I was told that he forgot it and also that the sign was a recommendation qnd not mandatory. In fact, they seemed upset with me for being concerned that someone handling my food was not wearing a mask during a pandemic, during a surge no less. I'll try to avoid that particular bruegger's from now on.

I don't understand if you go anywhere else in the airport to eat.

Always a good meal, just wished they would fix the parking lot and the drive thru area, very un appealing
