Tokyo Lounge - Düsseldorf

Environment quite loud, food (as always) excellent, service unfortunately not so great (we would not have always asked, thirsted) and had the impression we were rather annoying as guests ( waiter very in stress, as well full). Shame!

We have been very often in the Tokyo Lounge and always very satisfied! The food is top, the service is good and the price-performance ratio is perfectly fine. We like to come back

You had to wait a long time for the service. The feeling came to mind. It was better...

The service is miserable. You wait 20 minutes until you are perceived as a new guest and you can place an order. That's not a single case, unfortunately. Food is often misled or forgotten. 25 minutes waiting for a few pieces of beef fillet is already a lot. The staff is not particularly friendly rather stressed and excited. Every time we get there (because of the delicious food) this happens. Too bad. You really need to be annoyed.
