Restaurant Max im Hilton Hotel Dusseldorf

Dined here during the stay in hilton, as it does not seem to be many decent alternatives close. I had to start bark carpaccio, calf leber for main and lime parrots for dessert. all were very good. for drinking I had a big. beer, a very nice glass German pinot noir and a late harvested riesling with dessert plus coffee. service was very good. my waiter was attentive and although the cost was over €80 expensive, it was a pleasant experience.

Here at Hilton for a conference and grabbed dinner with my Mrs. Food seemed reasonably priced, comfortable atmosphere and food (based on our waiters recommendation) was very good. Our waiter did something I haven’t experienced in a restaurant for some time: he took time to...understand our likes and guided us to food and drink that otherwise we would have missed. Good experience made great by the team.

Fresh fish in all variations. You get all you can eat in best quality for an valuable price. Fantastic.

Tried only 6 different dishes but they were delicious, also had breakfast, buffet is excellent.Only had an uncomfortable experience when ordering and asking to the person that looked like the restaurant manager if the dish contained an ingredient that I am allergic to, but he was not friendly at all, some sort of upset and even when we arrived 9pm and restaurant closes 11pm he started to pick up things from the restaurant and made us feel as if we were asked to hurry up and leave.There were only 2 other people at the restaurant at that time besides my husband and me so we were uncomfortable.The waitress was very friendly also the cashier.The ambiance is nice, the terrace is really conformtable, music was too techno for my taste.I visited over 60 different restaurants in Europe during 1 month of traveling and this was the only experience that didn´t allow me to enjoy my food as I would like to.

Our burgers were excellent and very professionally prepared.The service was also great, only it would be really nice to have radeberger also other beer at the kran.
