Popular pub with locals nice atmosphere good friendly bar staff.. Not much room round the pool table area tho but had a nice couple of hours in there..

The date was 27/3/22,mothers day. went there on mothers day, with family for a cooked lunch,it was excellant,value for money,waited only 15 minutes and food was on the table,lovely staff,plenty staff,overall great service,great food.

The first time in this pub was the service great and the staff was very friendly. new renters are great, we had a meal there that was beautiful. I mentioned that some crusty brot and butter go nice to our meal and was brought along immediately....Fantastic! good size shares also, very fillable and a nice atmosphere to dismantle it all. will definitely be visited again.

We used this pub before! we were on Christmas Eve and earlier in the week for the quiz, nicky the new manager makes a great work, we know that there are a few problems with a new person in responsibility, but she always finds time to come and say hello, james makes a good work to keep the beer to standard, the sunbeam was exceptionally nice on silvester, had a few too many. I am sure that the pub will continue in future from strength to strength. ps the rest of the personal is still there including leah and alex, so still feels like home! you will see in the new year all the best of actual dave and family xx

Good and good beer. the food was served very quickly, not the best food, but certainly the work to an economic cost. personal on the ball, well made
