Love this place! the shop is beautiful with some wonderful and quirky gift ideas, and the teeroom is an additional bonus. I love buying in merry hill, tee and cake. always tasty and the service is excellent. would recommend this place to everyone!

Today I visited a baby shower that I organized for my close friends here and I must say that oopsy daisies are five stars they could not do enough to please us the tables that we laid beautiful, the services was so welcoming, warm and friendly nothing was too much annoying. eating was fantastic value for money and delicious. I would recommend this place for everyone.

We celebrated my daughter 6th birthday after the school with some friends here very good value for money and nice eating, also such a fantastic place for a special occasion we will many thanks to all staff back.

I had pre-ordered vegetarian options a week in advance and informed the staff about my friend's onion allergy. Despite reminding them again before our food was served, the afternoon tea plate included a sausage roll and a cheese and onion quiche, which were placed alongside the sandwiches. This disregard for cross-contamination and my friend's dietary needs was concerning. The waitress did remove the sausage roll from the plate when the mistake was pointed out, but left the rest of the food as is. I took the quiche off the plate and only ate the sandwiches on the edges to avoid any potential issues for my friend. The salad was enjoyable until we found a large lettuce stalk, which we returned to the waitress. The cakes and scones served with the afternoon tea included one cake topped with jellybeans. Uncertain if they were suitable for vegetarians, we opted to remove the jellybeans rather than risk it. Overall, this was the worst afternoon tea experience I've had, and I would not recommend this place to others. The staff appeared unhappy and seemed indifferent to the issues we encountered. On a positive note, the crisps and tea were enjoyable.
