Mcdonalds Restaurants - Dudley

What ever you do don’t order home delivery from here. It’s not hard and you don’t need that much of an education to get it right. It this place can never get anything right

We don't often go to McDonald's because I have to watch my weight, but we visited the Merry Hill Centre to do some clothes shopping. As a treat, we decided to visit McDonald's at Merry Hill. We had to wait in line for a few minutes, but once we reached the door, we were greeted by a friendly female staff member with a ponytail hairstyle. She was extremely nice and explained the new system and where the hand sanitizer was located. The restaurant was clean, the staff were efficient, and overall it was a pleasant experience. Before leaving, I asked to speak to the manager to thank him for the excellent service provided by his staff. I think it's important to show appreciation to staff members who are working hard under immense pressure. Jim.

The burgers, chicken, fries, milkshakes, and ice cream at this restaurant are all excellent.

I visited this restaurant to grab a drink. Despite a queue, we were served quickly by the friendly and efficient staff. The girl who took our order and the one who handed us our drinks were both pleasant. The restaurant was quite busy, so we sat on the high seats by the window. A staff member promptly came over to wipe down the messy surface for us without us even having to ask. It was very efficient and impressive. We ordered tea, coffee, and a milkshake, and everything was good.

I don’t expect gourmet food from McDonald’s, it’s cheap fast food I get it but their world famous fries should be served as they were intended hot fresh and crispy I got cold and cardboardy which to be fair makes a change from cold...and limp. Not the end of the world but didn’t make for a great tasting meal better luck next time I suppose
