Woodfire Grille - Dubuque

Fabulous dinner. Service was fabulous. Can't stay enough, Jamie our server was wonderful. I was so lucky to have her this evening. There were six of us since she took great care.

Filet mignon was very good, but grilled asparagus that it came with was not very good. For the money spent, you should be able to pick a few sides to go with entree. It came with asparagus and if you wanted potato or salad, it was extra. With already a 50 dollar entree, that would be extremely pricey.

Great place for a special birthday dinner the food was amazing. The service was excellent very attentive and friendly. We had a loud and boisterous group near us that took away from the experience, but it was still great and we will definitely be back.

Our server, Jamie, was outstanding. She made us feel like we were her only guests. I go to restaurants almost daily in my business and it's nice to see this kind of service, which is often lacking in many restaurants today. I've been to this restaurant many times and the food is always great, but this time was even better with the amazing service we received. Thank you, Jamie!

First time here; the look inside was not as fancy looking as the food was if that makes sense. The service was pretty good, we had to send back one steak cause it was not cooked properly and had fat on it which isn’t what you want on a filet. The salads were amazing! The steak was good but lacked a in flavor. The apple crumble was pretty good tasted like cobbler almost with ice cream on top. I don’t think it was worth the price… the salad was worth $12.
