Happy Joe's Pizza Ice Cream Parlor

Just passing through town decided to give happy joes a try absolutely amazing i mean amazing pizza and service I am 50 yrs old and have ate alot of pizza I love pizza and I would have to rank this place in the top two of best pizza I have ever ate if I lived here I would eat here every day thank you guys so much for putting out an amazing pizza keep up the great work

Happy Joe's is a regional pizza staple, and they're strong in Dubuque. The pizza isn't the cheapest in town but the quality seems to be consistently good. For us, it's not a regular choice, but a nice alternative for a change.

My husband cannot resist a Happy Joe?s Special, which is Canadian bacon and sauerkraut. Really!
