Bidrage med feedbackI recently visited the drive-thru of this restaurant and ordered a hamburger, Diet Coke, a quarter pounder, and small fries. However, the man at the counter did not ask if I wanted a receipt. When we got home, we realized that we were given a cheeseburger, nuggets, and a Pepsi instead. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the mix-up. I do not plan on ordering from this place again.
I am no longer getting that familiar McDonald's happiness. I came in hungry, but was let down by the below-average taste. If the quality of service continues like this, I may need to reconsider my patronage.
My father really enjoys McDonald's coffee. He always likes to have two sugars in his coffee. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially towards the older customers. One of the employees helped my father add a third sugar packet to his large coffee order. I commend McDonald's for their excellent service.
Family trip through Dublin brought us to this McDonalds early morning. Ordering was interesting as they had a soft spoken fellow who was clearly perturbed that he had to be taking our order, kept looking at the floor while he mumbled through his mask towardthe full counter plexi glass shield erected between us. Once the order was settled we waited in the lobby for the food to bemade. It was hard to hear anything over an employee landscape blowing dust around the lobby with his leaf blower. No joke! Leafblowing inside the lobby. Literal dust wookies flying across, around, and all over us and the tables. Still baffles me. Food gotready and we were free. Half a block away revealed the wrong sandwich, missing hashbrown, no napkins, and cold food. Not a winfor McDonalds!
My kid spilled the French fries we got him, and for no fault of theirs, they were kind enough to give a replacement..... Such an attitude and kindness goes a long way, values defining their business...... Hats off to them, may they succeed in theirbusiness...... My best wishes.......all the best team.
