I ordered a Turtle Pie as the requested Burthday Dessert for my husband. I ordered the pie at the store a few days ahead of time. When I went to pick it up I was given a Pralines and Cream ice cream pie iced with something white instead of the Fudge that was in the description and what my husband wanted. At this point it is too late for the error to be corrected. They did apologize very nicely, but I would strongly suggest that you check to be sure they know what you are ordering when placing an order do not assume they will make what their website describes.

It's a Baskin-Robbins, we should all know what to expect and have a similar experience at any location! My only feedback to this location is they've been out of sugar cones multiple times. That's like walking into McDonald's and not having French fries. They also didn't have mint chocolate chip a couple times too.This is a management problem. You're forecasting your reordering of supplies as well as other Baskin-Robbins stores. If it happened once, it'd be circumstances, but this is a repeat happening at this specific location.
