The Green Hen - Dublin

Very good food and the team were very welcoming. Great night out

Lunch good value for dublin prices but whereas food well cooked, it was v ordinary.I had prawns pil pil tasty but not worth the €6 supplement.They were cleary foreign imported of the frozen kind.My main of beans and Toulouse sausage lacked flavour and dept.Service v good.But on a cold November day the was no heating so it made it difficult to relax.Service charge of 12.5% a bit steep.

Food fabulous, service excellent but I thought it could have been warmer. There seemed to be only a little plug in electric heater which didn’t heat the area sufficiently.

We went for the Early Bird Menu it was excellent value. Our waiter was so prompt on all of our requests could not fault Green Hen last night highly recommend this restaurant

Food very nice and treated very well by staff we got a lovely complimentary glass of Prosecco when we arrived which was a really nice gesture restaurant is lovely little bit cool not sure it had warmed up enough as it was an early afternoon sitting. There was a fire put on just before we left so I’m sure it was lovely for the following diners. Overall very good quality food and service. Lovely restaurant and ambience
