Where do I start… Having been a customer of FP for many years now I can soundly say that there is no better customer experience than going into the wine shop and being met by Jacques or any of his team. They engage and explain the simple things to a simple man like myself, if you actually ask the questions of what is from where and what is best, they don’t lead you to the highest price tag, they take the time in assessing your pallet and making some fantastic recommendations. Some work some don’t, that’s the beauty of wine! But they will help fine tune what you are looking for.
