They serve Takoyaki without the sauce and mayonnaise on top, so basically it's not seasoned although their menu description mentions them. They fool customers like that as most of them don't know what the authentic Japanese food is like. I have been regular but won't be ordering from them again.
I ordered online to Sandyford brunch. After 30 mins delay, the web says that my order has been delivered which it was not true. I called the restaurant and I am told that my order is there and I can come and collect it. I told them that I can't do that and that I want a refund. They asked me to call a third party company that works with them and they don't seems to care much. I asked why I should do contact another company if I did the order directly with them and the guy on the phone yelled at me and hung up. I called again to ask for explanations and the guy yelled and hung up on me again. I called a third time and they put me directly to mailbox. I have to call the third party company that told me that it is the restaurant who should handle and solve the issue not me. Sushida does not seems to care at all about their customers. Unfortunately after ordering with them since 2020, today was my last order. I won't validate such a terrible behavior.
