Bidrage med feedbackInitially a positive experience, friendly service to start. Had a few quiet drinks with friends to catch the football. However as the evening went on a member of staff made a very direct insinuation that the group of us were essentially unwelcome due to insufficient consumption of alcohol. This member of staff directly telling us after collectively spending over 100€ on pints (split over 4 people crammed into a 2 person table) that we were not welcome unless we started drinking more. For context we had been in the pub from 3pm 11pm and were not interested in getting unreasonably intoxicated and one individual was a designated driver. If you like a chilled friendly environment where you do not feel under pressure to skull pints look elsewhere. Rude Disrespectful.
Staff incredibly rude, told us to leave after not drinking enough , I would not recommend this place to anyone , please do not go here
So good to see the Kings open again now providing lovely food along with the the excellent drinks and staff friendliness always provided there. What is also striking about the Kings now is the lenghts they have gone to to ensure that social distancing and all other regulations are adhered to,...all done to the very highest standards. Well done to all and great to see you back.
Very lovely welcome back lovely service and lovely food and drink and excellent staff as always many thanks Ruth and Gerry
One of the best places for a quiet drink in Dalkey, much better than the highly overrated Queens down the road, friendly staff and decent food to boot!
