Far East - Dublin

Ordered from here for 10 years. Was left short a starter. Phoned the restaurant and they insisted it was put in the bag so basically being called a liar by the packer . Who ever this packer of food is refused to come to the phone so in my opinion something strange is going on as I heard it happening before just never to me until now

Never in my life have I experienced “service” as I did from the staff in this place. I ordered salt chili chicken but the chicken arrived plain with no salt or chili flavour. I rang and complained and they sent a driver to collect it. They then called me from the restaurant and basically said I was lying there was nothing wrong with the food, they’d had members of the staff taste it and it was fine and they wouldn’t be refunding me. They then said they would send me back the same food I’d returned to them (even though all the staff had been touching tasting it??!! Initially I said no but when I realised I wasn’t getting anywhere I agreed and said ok send me back that food, even though I was never going to eat it, I had paid for it so I wanted something! The girl then changed her mind and said no they wouldn’t give me back the food or give me a refund!! She then hung up and wouldn’t answer when I tried ringing back. Luckily I ordered from just eat and they were more than helpful and agreed what they were doing wasn’t acceptable and they agreed to refund me. Absolute appalling, I will never even consider ordering again and Id advise people to avoid!

This restaraunt used to be good and I have recommened it before, but in the past year or so, the food has become smaller, and they don't incude curry sauce in their €7 spice bag anymore. Curry to them would cost about 20c, but it costs more to loose a customer. I will not be giving them my business anymore.

Horrendous service. Ordered a curry at 8pm On a Sunday night. 9.15 still no sign! Rang and they said it hadn’t left yet did I want to cancel? He said we were quiet when u rang at 8pm then we got very busy???? West lake Chinese drumfinn ballyfermot from now on.

As a long standing Far East customer I won’t be returning, ordered twice now through the just eat app and twice the food has been terrible , didn’t complain the 1st time but sat just gone I had to as the food was inedible, chips and chicken balls looked like they were cooked 3 times the grease coming from them was disgusting , not sure if it’s just cause it’s through the just eat app that they send out terrible food but I won’t be ordering again.
