Carroll's Gastro Pub - Dublin

The food is good, plenty to choose from. We tried the soup, fried brie, burger and wings. Everything was really tasty. The cocktails are great too, lots of options. There's a great atmosphere and the staff are friendly.

I must say this is a fantastic venue, the staff are funny, friendly and efficient despite being so busy. The food is divine, but the menu is a little limited at times but what is on the menu is perfect. The cocktail menu is very impressive with quality bar staff producing them, I may have tried more than a few varieties. The only complaint that I would have is the heat, it can be incredibly hot and trips outside are needed to refresh.

Food and drinks were amazing. The young college boy who waited on us the first night was spectacular part of the reason we came back again. The food and drink were still great the second night and even better the windows were open however the young lady working was to busy chatting to bother waiting on us.

Guinness and food very good with a great atmosphere when busy. Staff very helpful and attentive. Sea bream top class. Guinness very tasty but a tad expensive in my opinion.
