Bidrage med feedbackMy wife and I ate here three times in three days because the menu was extensive, they had interesting daily specials, and it was good every time. The service was very good and friendly. I need gluten free food and it had quite a few options.
We had dinner at this restaurant and really liked the food. The staff were efficient, though not very friendly. The service was still quite good. The only downside was that we were seated near an open window facing the street, where there was piped music playing. When the live music started inside, they didn't turn off the piped music, so there was a clash of sounds which was a bit annoying. However, the live music was actually very enjoyable.
While the prices may be a bit high, it's understandable considering the location in the heart of Dublin. The standout factor in this review was the service. Despite being quick, I couldn't help but feel like my partner and I were a hassle to one particular staff member. They were rude and even rolled their eyes at us, something I've never experienced before. I always remained polite, though no tip was left. Luckily, the rest of the staff was pleasant. The food, on the other hand, was incredibly tasty.
Didn't eat but just had a drink the four of us. Great Guinness ! The two live bands we saw were amazing ! Nicely busy and good atmosphere in there. So good for free entrance etc. They good go far !
This restaurant is attached to the Arlington Hotel which made it a logical choice after arriving in Dublin earlier in the the day. There was complementary live music and dancing in the bar area which was connected to the restaurant. The atmosphere was very nice. The patrons in the restaurant were a mix of locals and tourist. The food was great! The fish and chips were the best we had in Ireland. The seafood chowder was perfect for a jet lagged tummy. I would go here again. The service was friendly and efficient. It turned out to be just right for the first night in Ireland.
