Lovely food great staff . 4 of us loved our food. Very good piano player music choices. Recommend.

Beautiful wine bar that had local seafood on the menu. Very welcoming staff with live piano playing which was not only atmospheric but made it very easy as a solo traveller to enjoy as a focal point in the restaurant. The young pianist was very talented. Really enjoyed! Special mention to the lady waitress with the long dark hair who was very attentive and anticipated my needs before I needed to ask. The wine was top quality and I loved the Moules Frites. Really enjoyable evening and it was comfortable to sit and enjoy the ambience. A great spot for solo travellers!

Bit of a mess with our guests shown to a table upstairs and we were waiting downstairs. Menu is a bit limited to be honest. Burger was good. Nice wine selection. Overall good.

This is a very nice restaurant and wine bar nestled in the heart of Dalkey village. The staff are friendly and they do a very good value Express Lunch which myself and my wife recently enjoyed. Both of us had the Fish and Chips which were very good and come with a little bottle of vinegar which is a nice touch. They do free still and sparkling water which is a great idea as so many places charge for these. Nice place and good atmosphere. I would recommend.

Four of us went there for lunch on a friends recommendation. It had a nice atmosphere and we were greeted by a pleasant and amiable man who may have been the manager or owner and was our server. It was quiet but the service was still very slow. We had the so called Express Lunch but he was a long time taking our order and a long time serving it. We were there for 40 minutes before we were served our meal. Worse still it had been ready on the counter but our server was not paying attention and it sat on the counter getting cold for some time. The meal was ok but would have been better had it not been allowed to go cold. The restaurant was also cold so less than comfortable. A glass of wine was very mediocre and overpriced at €10. Our lunch of 4 main courses, two deserts, 4 coffees, two glasses of wine and a pint of beer at €122 was overpriced for the quality. I would have no inclination for a repeat visit.
