Bidrage med feedbackA section of their menu is dedicated to Impossible products. The prices are reasonable by local standards, as vegans can pay around 4x the cost of ingredients for vegan supermarket analogues. There is better, or at least more authentic, Mexican food in Dubai, but there has been very little uptake of vegan dishes, so we have come to prefer Taqado. I am not a massive fan of fake meat, but the dishes served stand on their own merit and any right-thinking omnivore would choose the Impossible versions and not notice any difference.
Be clear that you want to order vegan. I accidentally asked for the “impossible burrito” without clarifying that I wanted it vegan, since the menu said that all the “impossible” meals where vegan, plant based and had vegan cheese on them. But when my husband ordered a meat based one, they took the same cheese as on mine and we asked if he also go vegan cheese, but the waiter said no. So we asked if the impossible burrito was vegan and he looked confused for a short moment and asked us if I were vegan. And he than made a new one no problems! But to not waste food, clarify that you want a vegan one even when the entire “impossible branch” should be vegan. It was the best burrito I’ve ever had, so I definitely recommend this place!!!!
Was trying to think of an exciting healthy and vegan friendly restaurant in the shopping mall. That was definitely the best choice. Can't go wrong to get what you want in the bowl. Love that they have vegan Mayo, vegan cheese and impossible mint. Also excellent guacamole
You have a whole vegan menu, meat alternatives, vegan cheese, cream, everything! Her Burritos were huge and delicious. Not the cheapest, but definitely worth it. You have vegan alternatives for almost everything on your menu!
