What a treat and trees was! The casual decor and ambience is cozy and welcoming, with indoor and outdoor seats. The menu is quite substantially, which was a surprise for me, for such a small restaurant. The staff was polite and very helpful. If you are in a health phase or lifestyle, you can get free at HEAT with a wide selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner options that are all guilty, including desserts! Indeed, her blueberry cheesecake counts calories at 300! Can you believe it?! All at really reasonable prices. I definitely go back!

Spectacular food, amazing and healthy. Do not slander like other places that are as unimaginable. This place goes for taste buds while taking care of your waist. Hopefully they will open more, especially in Abu Dhabi.

Tried it first time. And it is going to steal all 5 stars from me : Basically we go to restaurants for good food based our taste and needs. Wanted to hv healthy salad and my friend suggested Heat as I was in this area for some work. Tried Quinoa, Avacado Salad with Chicken and sauce.
