Carl's Jr. - Duarte

My order was messed up and by the time I noticed I was on the freeway... The employee with reassured me everything was in the bag... Wrong it wasn't. My receipt says Christian was the cashier, I will never go back to this Carl's Jr. My order was 3 spicychickens and the 2 for 7 special.

Asked for sausage biscuit got bacon. Tots tasted funny like they washed them then fried them. Biscuit was like a cracker. Will not be going to that one EVER again

Was pretty bad customer service.fitst they had no ranch and claimed they didn't have bbq sauce but I just saw the lady before him give the customer before me like 3 little container s with bbq sauce from the back.i told the over tattoo ed dude that and he looked at me like I had killed his dog or something and said in a stern voice"I said,we don't have any more.so I had to ask for ketsup and he grabbed three packs and at that point I didn't care to ask for anything else,let's not mention it took 15 minutes to get to me.the lady at the register kept getting orders that were ready then waited for orders of people before me.shr could have taken my order by time the last customer order was ready but no she stood by the thing where they get the meals from waiting for the customers order so I will NEVER go to that Carl's Jr again or any for that matter cause that was the second time in row at two different locations where I have received bad customer service..must be a Carl's Jr thing...

It's at 2:30 on the way home and as I noticed on the fwy that they didn't give me what was ordered. the only thing that was right was that beyond. very disappointed, tried to call and no one answered. dreadful can not even return my money to the difference of the price for what was given. I don't recommend it.
