McDonald's - Drummondville

Terrible experience, slow service and unorganized staff. Went to this location as it was across from our hotel and wanted a quick supper. Walked in and our orders took forever. Drive through and online orders seemed to be priority. 3 employees came out quickly to find out why my daughter wasn’t wearing a mask so she waited outside while I waited a very long time for our meals. Very poor service.

Always free internet access and good coffee! Food? The salat perhaps....the rest. not for me! Friendly people, yes!

I am shocked by the decline in quality at McDonald's! The self-ordering system is leading to younger customers disrespecting others. The employees now shout out order numbers, instead of using a microphone. At a doctor's office, you hear your name called in a calm manner, not shouted. We were pushed aside by young customers who had no problem cutting in line. I don't know who the owner is, but this behavior is disgraceful and disrespectful to elderly patrons.

You can order from a bilingual machine in English or French, with plenty of pictures to ensure your order is correct. Payment can be made with cash or card. There is a dine-in option available, and workers will bring your order to your table. Despite the crowded atmosphere, I never had to wait long for my food.

This is a busy cafe, serving food inside and by 'drive through '. There is a children 's play area that makes it even more popular. Avoid lunchtime!
