Our waitress had also zöliakie, so was amazing with providing information before I even asked. they have not marked a gf menu or gf on the menu so it was necessary. the options were very limited: nachos, salate, steak and a chicken dish...and a chocolate turtle that I didn't have for, but the food was delicious and safe prepared. Note: they have no special friteuse, but the maischips are roasted on the first day in clean oil.

Note: they don't have a dedicated fryer, but the corn chips are fried first thing every morning in clean oil.
