Her indoors and myself both have catering backgrounds so what you may say ? Yes so what ? First time for us with Silsila and you only get one chance to make a first impression. We were going to dine in the restaurant earlier in the week and a very pleasant young lady took the order. When we rang to cancel as something cropped up last minute, she thanked us for making the effort to call nice touch from a customer service perspective. Tonight I ordered a takeaway coming back from Leeds and again a friendly young lady took the order and helped me with my choice. Now the important bit did the food match up to the customer service ? .................you bet it did. Extremely pleased with all the various components of the meals absolutely delighted all round, good portions, great presentation and fab tastes. Finally, excellent value into the equation. Thank you for a fabulous first experience staff and chef and of course we will be using you again.
