Bidrage med feedbackThrough our overnight stay in Villa Altenburg the further arrival in Dresden was entertaining and relaxed! Beautiful new roads, small construction sites. Soli was well invested. Pillnitz with the beautiful castle garden, including the more than 230 years old Kamelie, is our destination. We'll arrive at noon. Baggage stolen, first visit to the castle park. On the way back, the park café looks inviting. We are the only guests in the well maintained beer garden. It's probably the famous boss who serves here and gives us the cards. This is good, not overloaded and varied. The day offers can be read on tables. I like the daily offer with wild goulash, knödeln and red herbs, but I am too lush at noon. Regional dishes are not too short. The meat dishes ovine, pork roasts, sour roasts, beef tongues) are dishes that we do not find so often on the map. Not our favorite, but yet positively noticed. For thirst I order a large dry wine choir € 3,40) and my husband a pilgrim, 0.5 l € 3,30). The drinks are served quickly and well cooled. For our lunch we also decided and ordered: My husband chooses the coveted potato vegetables up to €9.30. And I spaghetti aglio e olio with tomatoes, garlic, rocket, parmesan € 9.40. After some considerations we decide to go to the restaurant. It's still dry, but the wind blowers are getting cooler. For a drink okay, but our food is probably too cold. And I can't suffer at all. We move into the well maintained room and make us noticeable about the riches in the kitchen. Here the cook cuts pumpkin from a nice piece of pig comb! Later grandparents with grandchildren receive gold-yellow carvings and praised them very much. Many wood, beautiful old pictures, comfortable seating, fresh flowers on the tables. This is not “Hipp” here, so you feel comfortable. Cosy and well maintained. Toilets were not visited. After a pleasant waiting time comes our food, nice hot! The vegetable run-up with potatoes plentiful and with lots of cheese. He would have worn a golden yellow tan. But very juicy, the vegetables partially frozen peas, carrots) of good quality. Clear. With the lush part you can not milk and it tastes good. My pasta beautiful al dente and beautifully decorated up. Spaghetti aglio e olio Ok, among others with cut salmon, in German. It doesn't bother me as a lover of fresh herbs. The rocket and fresh tomatoes are hidden under the spaghetti, not hard, but slightly cooked during the “rolling” of the pasta and therefore very aromatic. It tasted good, the part also not crispy. I missed a little Pepp Chili. We want to see a little more so we order the bill quickly and are very friendly. For our lunch time it was very good here.
